Initially, the Indian Enduro R variant did not have advanced suspension features like the global version. Because of that, it lacked proper ground clearance. In the Indian variant, 200–205 mm of suspension travel was given, which is equivalent to the 390 Adventure. However, in the KTM Enduro R global spec, 230 mm of suspension travel and 273 mm of ground clearance are provided — 19 mm more than the earlier Indian variant.
